According to the definition of the Federal Statistical Office, first 5 years are the most difficult time to get a job for refugees. We hire people who are semi-and unskilled and have been living in Germany less than 5 years(These are people who mostly need a job).
Germany is the biggest host for refugees in Europe. Actually, Germany has welcomed about 240,000 Ukrainian Refugees since the beginning of War. Current Ukraine situation, Germany support refugees who face the major employment issue in a few years again as they experience in 2013.
